YoYo ! Amel vous en parlait ICI il y a de cela quelques temps à l’issue de sa dernière collaboration avec la marque Stussy, l’hollandais Parra, maître de l’illustration conceptuelle et sexuelle devait forcément avoir une place parmi mes « Artwork Of The Week« .
Après ses collaborations incalculables, avec notamment Nike, Alife, Vans, Casio, WeSC et j’en passe, Pieter Janssen est LE graphiste dont tout le monde a au moins vu une fois un artwork (d’ailleurs si quelqu’un sait où on peut encore trouver ses Vans Era je suis preneur !). Mêlant intelligemment et sans vulgarité le sexe aux »hommes-animaux » ce fils de peintre / sculpteur maîtrise à la perfection le style Post-pop ultra coloré des années 1970, qui fait partie évidemment de mes styles préférés.
Autodidacte, Parra est le genre de mec qui réussit tout. D’ailleurs il a aussi co-fondé la marque de vêtement Rockwell Clothing, je vous conseille fortement d’aller faire un tour sur le shop il y aura forcément quelque chose qui vous intéressera, mais pas que, il fait aussi partie du groupe Le Le.
En bref, si tu connais pas Parra « tey pah’ hype kua ».

Yoyo ! Amel talked to you about him HERE a few times ago, after the release of his last collaboration with the brand Stussy : the Dutch Parra, master of the conceptual and sexual illustration, deserved a chronic in my Artworks Of The Week.
After his innumerable collaborations, notably with Nike, Alife, Vans, Casio, WeSC and more, Pieter Janssen is THE graphic designer whom everybody had already saw at least one artwork (by the way, if someone knows where it’s possible to find his Vans Era, I take it !). Mixing, cleverly and without being obscene, sex to “animal-humans”, this son of painter/sculptor perfectly handles the ultra colored post-pop style of the 70’s, which is obviously one of my favorites.
Self-taught, Parra is the kinfd of guy who carries out successfully almost everything. He also co-founded the clothes’ brand Rockwell Clothing, and I strongly recommend you to visit the shop, there will probably be something that fits you. Ah, I’ve forgotten to tell you that he makes part of the electronic music group Le Le.
Anyway, if you don’t know Parra “your no hype I mean”.
